my name is Mary Clark and I’m just a
stay at home mom of 3 kids
(not a weight loss guru) that found a cheap and effective way to lose
weight. Finally, after having my friends bug me day after day to write

How
I Gained The Weight…& My Surprising Discovery
I struggled a bit with my weight during college but still at
143lbs I didn’t look bad. I still considered myself reasonably fit and
attractive looking. My diet wasn’t really good in college but I was

overweight. Instead of losing the baby fat after having my first child

I was stuck in a terrible cycle of being fat and then eating because I
was fat.
I was big and getting bigger. I hated going out in public. I just felt
out of control and miserable. I was tipping the scales at 181lbs at the
height of my weight gain. I realized I had to do something about my
weight.
Thank God For Oprah….
One day while watching the Oprah show she had a doctor on (
Dr. Perricone ) that started talking about this product called Acai Berry and all the healthy
benefits to taking it. Mainly, I recognized
the fat burning affects of it. I had also been hearing about it from
other places like the news, my woman magazines and even on the Rachael
Ray
